There are a lot of photographers out there, but I love Peek a boo photos especially for pictures of your newborn baby, but they do great kids, family and wedding shoots too. Their studio is in Utah County, but they also go on location. Another great thing about them is that they will give you the CD of the best pictures.
They also just started a blog I love to look at photographer's blogs and see all of the fun pictures!
