My sister in law recommended this book to me when I had my son. It is a great book and reference guide for mothers and I love how it is from Birth to Age 5. It is from the American Academy of Pediatrics. They also have another one that is Age 5-12. If you buy it online....be careful to make sure you are buying the latest version (2004, I believe).

My pediatrician actually gave this book to me when I had Lindsay. It is definitely one of the best pediatric reference books out there!
