COOKBOOKS

A friend suggested I do a post on these 2 cookbooks. The first helps to have good and healthy food choices for kids. Deceptively Delicious was written by Jerry Seinfield's wife and is full of recipes to help put vegetables in all types of foods and help you to get your kids to eat healthy.

Awesome! I also wanted to mention another book similar to 'Deceptively Delicious'. It's titled 'The Sneaky Chef'. I haven't tried either of them, but they're supposed to both use vegetable puree's in their recipes.

i say skip the deceptively delicious, we need to teach our children to eat well and we can't if we are hiding things from them. just my two cents

I see your point, but some kids just won't eat certain things. I think I am somewhere in the middle. Teach your children to eat well, but sometimes you have to put healthy things where they don't expect it and then tell them what they are eating and explain that we can still enjoy healthy food. Just my 2 cents as well. Thanks for your comments.

sorry I meant to say "is suing" not "issuing" Do you know how to edit a comment after you leave it? Is that possible?
